Supply Chain & Logistics Emergency Operations Company -Global
The company oversaw the strategic planning and supply chain optimization processes in emergency contexts. Support and coordination of supply chain and logistics in emergency missions in Haiti, Malawi, Moldova, Romania and Ukraine. Coordinated and supervised HR, budget management, organizational structure, and inter-agency collaboration in line with mission policies and procedures.
In Ukraine and Romania, he led a team of 30 people located between the Tulcea humanitarian logistics hub and the Odesa hub, representing the organization with national and regional authorities, as well as contributing to UN logistics cluster meetings.
