Humanitarian Hub
The DVSS GROUP has been a key active part in various humanitarian projects where the main task of the company has been to optimize and automate all the Supply Chain Management procedures and ensure the reliability, coordination and expansion of operations.

The results generated significant benefits for over 74 local organisations, local/regional governments, hospitals and vulnerable groups affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
- Successfully led and managed, as Co-Director – Supply Chain and Logistics, a 4000 sqm humanitarian hub. for the emergency in Ukraine, with over 50 million dollars of aid in direct donations and purchases, for a total of over 600 trucks sent. Through work redesigning warehouse flows, designing and implementing a digital WMS, and strengthening tracking strategies, the hub has demonstrated 100% success in war zone delivery performance and inventory accuracy of 100%,
- Successfully led coordination with high-level government representatives in Odessa, Kherson, Cherkasy, Dnipro and Kiev, establishing a strong strategic network across the country that enabled uninterrupted and coordinated logistics operations, timely delivery of humanitarian aid to regions at front of the conflict.
- Successfully opened, developed and improved a humanitarian hub in Odessa by redesigning warehouse processes and flows, implementing and adapting an advanced digital WMS and training staff.

Humanitarian Logistic Hub - Digital System
Digitization is a key aspect to improve efficiency, transparency and reliability. DVSS GROUP coordinated the creation of humanitarian aid monitoring software for Ukraine
➢ Digitized the warehouse management system
➢ The system allows you to collect detailed information and traceability of the pallets, through a QR code system.
Some futures- Digital System

Once received, each pallet/item goes through a 'double scan' process by the recipient.
The Hub sends a unique "received" QR code to the recipient in advance
This process allows the system to automatically synchronize information and enables the hub to provide reliable data confirming the withdrawal of goods, even in complex situations such as during the conflict in Ukraine.
Additional
information is displayed in the system such as the scan date

The considerable amount of data collected through the digital system at the Hub is crucial both for reporting purposes and for KPIs. The data collected by the digital system developed for the humanitarian hub has been divided into two main sections, to facilitate the needs of the mission:
1. General information (graphics, quantities, delivery times, etc.)
2.
Direct donations and purchases
The system also includes the possibility of geolocation of pallets or parcels received at their destination
